  • To be honest i like my folk metal with more black metal elements ( a la the summoning) but that was pretty interesting. if you haven't already heard of the following you should check out:

  • I like the folk part. Then at the minute mark it loses me. Or maybe the speakers on this computer just suck. Actually I think that's it. I'll have to listen to it with some more bass and see.

    I tend to be a bit metal-averse, but this is good. It's anthemic, rousing... could've been played in Bravheart. haha

    Bonus: I was listening to Coldplay's "Daylight" while also watching Jeopardy!, but now I'm listening to Folkearth.

  • Folk metal is one of my favorite sub-genres of metal. It's just a really cool genre in general.
    Folkearth is a really good band. They actually have about 30 people in the band and it is people from a bunch of different countries.
