Itunes help? please easy 10pts?

  • whenever i sync my ipod , it freezes and tells me that"the required file cannot be found" . so how do i find the unknown file and remove it from itunes so i can sync my music

  • It's probably a problem with syncing photos. Are you including photos in your syncing?

    I suggest wiping your ipod. Do the following:
    Change settings in iTunes so that nothing syncs, (uncheck all boxes, music, photos, etc...)
    Sync your iPod, and it should now have nothing on it.

    Now, go back and re-configure it to sync whatever you want, (photos, music, videos) and sync again.

    Should be good now...
