I've heard people say they sharpen their images differently for different uses (print vs web, etc). Can someone explain what is the difference, and what techniques you use? I have Photoshop and use Unsharp Mask and high-pass sharpening, but I'm confused about why or how I should sharpen differently for printing. Do printed images need more or less sharpening?I just sharpen until the image looks right, then thats how i would print it. However when i reduce the image to say 600x800 or whatever for the web, i will sharpen again, this is just so its looks good on screen and to restore some of the sharpness that the image size reduction caused.Here is a formula that I use for sharpening prints only. In my state funded college, each department head selects a requriered text book for each of there classes. This information is then sent to the dean's office and compiled. After being compiled it is sent to a privately owned campus bookstore for ordering. My question is. Can the college deny the request of this information to be made avalible to the students. How can you modify the size of subtitles in idx and sub format? In XBMC releases a year or so ago they were much smaller than they are in current XBMC release. In 720p they fill up almost a third of the screen and are enormous compared to srt subtitles in font size 28. Also in the latest release the "Browse for subs" button no longer remembers the last folder used, meaning that I have to manually click my way in to my Subs folder, where I store all the subtitles. I have several users reporting the same problem. vb 3.7beta. I recently saw a Monarch and a yellow butterfly in Ontario and the weather is turning cold now. That depends on the species. Monarchs migrate to Mexico (lucky so and so's). I have an electric furnace that will not shut off unless I switch it to the off position. Once the temperature is met, it continues to run. I have replaced the thermostat.
